3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Prees, Shrewsbury and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Small gear

Combine Harvester fully involved in fire as well as stubble in field.

• Short extension ladder

One road sweeper heavy goods vehicle 20% involved in fire. Crews extinguished using 2 hose reel jets, 2 breathing apparatus and 1 foam main jet.
