At 21:10 on Tuesday, 10 September, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire.
2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
Crews have dealt with a small kitchen fire using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.

At 19:36 on Tuesday, 10 September, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire.
4 fire appliances including the Water Carrier and the Welfare Unit were mobilised from Baschurch, Newport, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
Fire involving one agricultural building measuring approximately 75 metres x 60 metres. Building contains 150 tonnes of hay and 25 tonnes loose grass. Crews using 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets, and 2 main jets to extinguish the fire.
