4 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit, the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Church Stretton, Craven Arms and Shrewsbury. Operations, Hazmat and Safety officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Covering jet
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
Fire involving one barn, five cars, one tractor and one caravan. Crews used hose reel jets, one main jet, eight breathing apparatus to extinguish.

Fire affecting 2 cars, caused by 1 having a mechanical fault, the fire having spread to the second car. Also, some external fire damage to 2 semi detatched properties. Electricity board and gas board also in attendance.

Single storey building of wooden construction approximately 10 metres x 10 metres fully involved in fire. All persons accounted for. Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using using two hose reel jets and one covering jet. Assistance from Mid and West Wales Fire Service.
