4 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire involving ground floor bedroom of detached bungalow

Fire involving the lounge of a domestic semi detached dwelling. 1 male casualty given oxygen therapy by Fire Service Personnel prior to arrival of Ambulance Service.
