This incident was a false alarm caused by excessive smoke from a chimney

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in Bakery oven and ducting extinguished using 2 Breathing Apparatus sets 1 Hose Reel Jet and inspection using a Thermal Imaging camera

Fire involving external out building used for charging heavy plant. One main jet 1 hose reel jet, thermal image camera and 2 breathing apparatus in use.

• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Fire involving washing machine in domestic property. One hose reel jet, 2 breathing apparatus and positive pressure ventilation in use. The kitchen area and appliances were heavily smoke damaged.
