At 14:50 on Tuesday, 17 February, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Head on collision between two vehicles, no persons trapped. 6 casualties with 3 being conveyed to hospital by Ambulance. Police also in attendance and road between Acton Arms and Telegraph Lane to be closed whilst crash scene investigation takes place.
