At 19:50 on Friday, 12 September, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Nesscliffe.
4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington.
Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .
RTC involving one saloon vehicle. One person trapped, released using Holmatro cutting equipment and conveyed to hospital via land ambulance.

At 10:48 on Monday, 6 November, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Train Fire in Shrewsbury.
12 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit, the Pinzgauer and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Church Stretton, Minsterley, Shrewsbury and Wellington.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
Fire involving alternator in rear carriage of a train. Fire crews have now extinguished fire using 1 hose reel jet and 1 covering jet in use.

RTC involving 1 small car on its roof - all persons out of the vehicle prior to arrival of Fire Service Personnel. Police and Ambulance are in attendance and the road remains closed until further notice.

Road traffic collision involving two vehicles come to rest side by side on single track bridge, occupants unable to get out due to position of vehicles. Crews gave oxygen therapy to casualties after assisting them from the vehicles.
