2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Field and hedge fire of approximately 30m by 50m of stubble alight and 100m of hedge row alight and crews are continuing to dampen down.

• Door opener
• Hosereel jet

Small fire involving unattended cooking materials in ground floor kitchen of a domestic dwelling. Two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one covering jet used to extinguish. Crews used positive power ventilation to clear smoke logging.
