At 00:04 on Saturday, 18 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire Persons Reported in Telford.

6 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit were mobilised from Albrighton, Shrewsbury, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire located in first floor store room that has been extinguished by fire service personnel, all persons are accounted for.
