At 21:08 on Saturday, 22 July, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire involving hot oil on gas hob in kitchen area of outbuilding. Crews extinguished fire using 1 hosereel jet, 1 covering jet with 2 breathing apparatus in use. Casualty left in care of ambulance crews and being conveyed to hospital in land ambulance.

Small fire in kitchen of property out on arrival, all persons accounted for. Crews used one hose reel jet, one main jet and two breathing apparatus.
