At 09:56 on Friday, 15 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Ludlow.
1 fire appliance including the Rescue Tender was mobilised from Ludlow and Wellington.
Incident involved one Spaniel dog trapped on rock face approximately 4 metres down from top of cliff. Thermal Image Camera was in use, and Animal Rescue Team and Fire Fighters used Rope Rescue Techniques and brought the dog to safety, safe and well and back in the care of the owner.

One private saloon vehicle which had collided with building. Crews stabilized building and casualties in the care of ambulance personnel.
